Despite my last-minute notice, Francesco accepted the challenge with timeless professionalism and availability. Here's why I highly recommend him: Ability to adapt: ​​Organizing a dinner at home in such a short time is not for everyone, but he didn't bat an eyelid, taking care of every detail as if we'd been planning the event for months. Food quality: Simply sublime dishes. You can taste the exquisite selection of ingredients and impeccable technique. Each course was an explosion of flavors, presented with an elegance worthy of the finest restaurants. Service: Francesco isn't just a "cook," he's a true host. Discreet, meticulous in his work, and capable of conveying his passion for cooking while explaining the dishes. He was truly brilliant: he transformed an ordinary evening into an unforgettable event, saving the day with a unique touch of class. We also tried his cooking school in San Casciano dei Bagni, a wonderful cooking class immersed in nature, making pasta and enjoying excellent drinks, followed by a beautiful dinner. Thanks also to Villa Vetrichina, the property where the cooking school is located. Thank you, Chef, see you next time for sure! We'll be in Tuscany again in October and will definitely come visit you or call you for another wonderful dinner.

Francesco is not only an incredible chef, but an amazing person. He went above and beyond to make our dinner for 12 special. His communication was outstanding. Through his warm texts, I instantly adored him. I reached out to him at the last minute to see if I could make changes to the menu, and he was so kind. He reassured me that any changes that I needed to make would be accommodated. He promised me that he would work with me to ensure all of my guests would be cared for and to not worry. He told me to enjoy my trip that this change was no problem. Our apartment rental in Florence was in the historic center and had no elevator. It had a very small kitchen, but none of this was an issue for Francesco. When I shared that we did not have enough plates and utensils, he reassured me that he would bring additional plates and utensils. There was nothing he could not handle. Our party of 12 just lived Francesco. He was so professional and warm. Francesco exceeded our expectations. Our apertivo was perfect! There were so many delicious foods to sample while we sipped wine and/or had spritzes. Our main courses were so good. Everyone was beyond happy as we gathered around the table for a cozy, family meal. It was truly magical. To end the night, Francesco set up three birthday cakes with sprinkles and special candles, so we could celebrate our special birthdays. To top off our night, Francesco gifted us chilled lemoncello which everyone loved. We could not have asked for more. Oh…and did I mention that food was beyond delicious? ❤️

We chose Chef Francesco Falci to cook at our vacation home to celebrate the purchase of my new motorcycle with a friend, and I must say, the evening was perfect! Francesco took the concept of home-cooked barbecue to the next level. The quality of the meat was excellent, and it was perfectly cooked—juicy, flavorful, and incredible. Every cut, from steak to fillet, from ribs to skewers, was a true delight. The homemade sides and sauces complemented everything masterfully, making the menu rich and varied. Chef Francesco managed our dinner with great professionalism and friendliness, creating a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere. Francesco heeft 2 superavobden verzorgd. Hij was gezellig maar correct en is zijn afspraken heel goed nagekomen. Het eten was heerlijk en meer dan ruim voldoende. We hebben er met de hele groep van 10 volwassenen, en 4 kleine kinderen, van genoten. Iedereen was enthousiast. Kortom een aanrader.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Francesco. We hired him to cook breakfast and dinners for a family of 10 for a week in Tuscany. Francesco and his assistant, Antonella were incredible. The meals they prepared every day varied and the ingredients were so fresh. The meals were on time and he was incredibly attentive throughout the meals. Somehow, each meal seemed to get better than the last. The family style portions were large and we had enough food for lunch leftovers every day. Not only was his food incredible, but he is a comedian and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him throughout the week. Communication leading up to our vacation was seamless and he was very responsive. If you are looking for an amazing in home chef experience, he is your guy!! I cannot sing his praise enough.
