Born in Rome, I followed my passion for cooking beyond the borders of my city. Over the years I specialized in Tuscan and Umbrian cuisine, collaborating with restaurants, taverns, and international projects. With 25 years of experience, I now dedicate myself to home food services and cooking classes, offering authentic Tuscan, Umbrian, and Lazio dishes.

After 5 years of hotel school, I honed my skills in Roman restaurants for 15 years before expanding internationally and teaching in Italy.

Precision, passion, and innovation are my secrets in the kitchen.
